Practical upshot: because GCash rides InstaPay, a GCash cashout is subject to the ₱50,000 per-transaction ceiling. A ₱70,000 win doesn't fail — it just can't cross in one piece on that rail.
GCash at EM777: limits, fees, and the window that catches people out

Why a payout stalls
In our experience there are four causes, and only one of them is the rail's fault. Working through them in order solves nearly everything.
- KYC hasn't cleared. Verification is one-time and takes 24–48 hours, and it must complete before your first withdrawal. This is the most common cause by a wide margin.
- You're inside the GCash maintenance window (12:00–03:00 PHT).
- The amount exceeds ₱50,000 in one transaction, so it can't cross on InstaPay as a single transfer.
